London is closely followed by New York with its $111,300. The American city takes the second place in the list.

The third place belongs to Hong Kong with its live/work cost of $103,200 per person per year.

The fourth place goes to Paris with living and working costs equal to $78,200.

Tokyo is the fifth in the list. In the Japaneese capital, live/work cost is astimated at $69,800.

The sixth place in terms of the highest cost of office and living space per person per year belongs to San Francisco with the amount of $66,300.

In Lagos, which is the seventh in the ranking, live/work cost per person per year totals $63,000.

The eighth place is occupied by Singapore with spending of $60,600 per employee per year.

Dubai, where the cost of office and living space per person per year is estimated at $58,300, is the eighth in the list.

The last place goes to Sydney with its live/work cost per person per year of $49,500.
